Thought you all might like to see what were working with. These pics were taken 2 days ago, (10-1-04) . The trucks been sitting for over 15 years. I was shocked to see it was still in pretty good condition. Looks like the paint will need a few touch ups and we might detail out the frame, then lower it a little more. Other than that, it should fit in perfect for the RESO this year. (04-05) Oh we were talking to Kevin Davis the owner and was curious how much money he had in it in the 80's. He said he stopped counting after $15K. That's like $30K these days. Oh yaa its got a pumped up Buick V6 under the hood. The stereo still works good. All Alpine and Linear POWER stuff. Damm like walking back into time. Every one knows how Awesome Linear Power amplifiers, were back in the day. One last thing, its hard to read but check out the saying across the front window, it says ADDICTED TO LOVE, any one that's an old school minitrucker probably remembers bumpin the subs to the Robert Palmer song in the 80's. Any how I just got really stoked that were going to revive this old Mini one last time for the show. I hope all the young guys, will appreciate it was the shiznik, back in our day, and not laugh at us to hard.
