Jeff Cooper has been the owner of a Machine Shop that his father handed down too him, founded in the early 1960's. Jeff grew up in the shop learning to work with metal and the machinery from a early age. Jeff has built and engineered more things than one could possibly imagine, so we won't go there, however Jeff has built many parts for some of the fastest Drag Boats in Northern California, as well as several one off Hotrod parts. One things for sure Jeff is a perfectionist, at anything he sets his mind too. Steve Nielsen 10 years younger, started his love for working with metal in high school. Already a minitrucker from an early age of 13, once in Metal Shop in high school it was all Steve could think of. It never stopped. Between 1996-2002 Steve was building up a well known company, called Alter Images. Alter deserves the credit of changing the Minitruckin sceen in many ways. After 9-11 the company went down hill fast. Jeff Cooper and Steve then teamed up together to form CanDo Specialties, Inc. Figuring, we CanDo just about anything.
